The colors are weird tonight - is our TV going bad? loose cable? a sign of the impending alien visitation?
Anyway, I’m starting to think that “beginner” is too easy for me to get my heart rate up (even with lots of arm movements), and “basic” is on a similar trajectory.
Maybe I should get ankle weights or something.

warm-up: 75 calories, 7:30 or 9 minutes? [goal was set to 60, and I ended the previous song around 58. It was 5 or 6 songs total.]

- WP 1 in basic: 94 calories. Not getting much of a work-out, so I decided to crank it up a bit
- WP 1 in difficult: 150 calories. Heart beat crankin’ now!
- WP 6 in basic: 143 calories. WP6 is faster than 1.
cool-down: WP 5, basic, first 4 songs: 65 calories, about 6 minutes.
